Red Eyes Cool is a collective of international filmmakers founded in 2008 during a Film Spring Open training workshop, under the artistic supervision of Florent Pallares.
They are currently working on three interactive projects: Super Tramp, Let’s Change The World, and Welcome to Film Spring Open.
They are also involved in developing FRAME (Federation for Research in Audiovisual, Media and Ecology).
